Cloud computing services are a model applied in many information centers and their institutions, in order to avoid the use of many servers and equipment and to avoid the breakdown of those devices, and the need to install them. Thus, cloud computing simplifies and facilitates work procedures, especially for the beneficiaries, and saves a lot of money and effort for the organization.

Khafaga (2010) believes that this technology emerged due to the development of applications available through the Internet, the development of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0, in addition to the growing increase in Internet speeds available to users.

Cloud computing is the fifth generation of computing, and it is one of the Web 2.0 applications. According to Moawad (2012), it is through Web 2.0 that a large part of our personal computers have shifted to the cloud.

In fact, many of us do not realize that we are actively using cloud computing applications in our daily lives and in the work environment. Who among us does not use email from Google Gmail?

And who did not knock on the door of Google Apps? An application to edit a document and share it with a specific Google Docs group? Or preparing a presentation, or who was not required to prepare spreadsheets?

And rarely do we find someone who does not have an account in Yahoo e-mail, and Microsoft Office Apps Web Office applications are also an example of our use of cloud computing services and applications, all without our knowledge of that term.

And don’t forget Flickr, which allows users to share photos with friends and family by keeping them online.

Historically, Moawad (2012) believes that the use of the term cloud computing began for the first time in early 1991, and Khafaja (2010) added that cloud computing applications did not actually appear until the beginning of the year 2000, when Microsoft expanded the concept of using software through a network.
